THE CHALLENGE:

Lift the energy across the room for the evening. Establish a strong balance between our ability to work through over 60 awards whilst entertaining our audience in a fun and interactive way. Ensure that the CSIA brand continues to be positioned as the thought leader in the world of customer service delivery.

 

THE INSIGHT:

Organisations that nominate themselves to receive a customer service award come from a vast array of industries. We needed to ensure that we created an event and entertainment plan that catered to this diverse audience whilst ensuring that each award was recognised for the its absolute importance to the industry as well as to the individual.

 

RESULTS:

RDI Events re-structured the evening to ensure we could maintain a constant flow of activity, interspersed with a diverse range of entertainment. The entertainment ranged from operatic singers through to stand up comedians to ensure we reflected the diverse requirements of the audience. Our client and their audience remarked that it was the best CSIA Awards night they’d ever attended both in terms of the fun  they had as well as the flow of the evening in being able to get through so many awards seamlessly.
